On Thursday, July 25, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky had a telephone conversation with USA President Donald Trump.

Trump congratulated Ukraine on the successful holding of free and democratic parliamentary elections, and Volodymyr Zelensky - with a confident victory of the party "Servant of people".
It is noted that the US President expressed hope that the new Ukrainian government will complete the investigation of corruption cases that hampered the interaction between Ukraine and America.
In turn, Zelensky thanked Trump for the US leadership in maintaining and strengthening sanctions pressure against Russia.
The presidents agreed to discuss in detail practical issues of Ukrainian-American cooperation during Volodymyr Zelensky's visit to the United States.
