Sumy
Four adults and a child were injured in the nighttime shelling. According to Volodymyr Artyukh, the Head of the Regional Military Administration (RMA), they mostly suffered minor injuries.
"One "Shahed" was shot down on the approach to the city, three entered the airspace over the city of Sumy and hit. Thanks to God and our Air Defense Forces, who changed course and miraculously these "Shaheds" did not hit residential neighborhoods, so we have no casualties. But the infrastructure suffered a lot," he said.
In particular, one UAV targeted a hospital, where 400 patients were at that time.
It is known about three hits in different parts of the regional center.
Odesa Region
Air Defense Forces destroyed 18 enemy drones. No civilians were killed or injured.
The drones were targeted at populated areas and industrial facilities in the coastal zone. The maneuvers of the drones in residential areas complicated the work of the Air Defense Forces.
The falling wreckage of the downed drones in Odesa district damaged another recreational facility, a gas pipeline, and private homes.
Khmelnitsky Region
Air Defense Forces shot down 6 UAVs "Shahed" within the region. Infrastructure was damaged as a result of the attack. Several settlements remain de-energized. There is damage to the roof and ceiling of a private house. There are no casualties or injuries.
Cherkasy Region
An enemy "Shahed" was destroyed in the sky over Zvenygorodskyi District. There were no casualties. No damage to infrastructure from falling debris.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
Drones attacked Nikopol District. People were not injured. The Defense Forces shot down a drone over the Dniprovskyi District.
