Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis was in Odesa at the time of the missile attack on the city. He was scheduled to meet with President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Greek media reported on this visit.

It is noted that the Greek Prime Minister arrived in Ukraine for several hours. Later, Mitsotakis will travel to Bucharest to attend a European People's Party Congress.

"The visit of the Greek Prime Minister to Ukraine comes at a time when the President of Ukraine is calling on the international community not to abandon his country and to strengthen it as much as possible to prevent the offensive of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin," the publication emphasizes.

A video of Zelensky’s motorcade in the city also appeared in Odesa public sources.

An air raid alert sounded in Odesa in the morning. Some publics wrote about the fall of a missile, but there is no official confirmation.
