Dozens of explosions in Crimea: what is known about the consequences

On the night of June 10, multiple explosions occurred in the temporarily occupied Crimea. It was loud in several districts, and in some places the power was even cut off. There were reports of a possible hit to a military facility.

Apostrophe collected information about the nighttime explosions in Crimea.

Telegram channel Crimean Wind wrote that 6-8 explosions were heard during the night in Krasnoperekopsk, Dzhankoy districts and Pervomaiske village. There were explosions in Yevpatoria and Saky district, which reportedly "shook the walls." At night, it was reported that fire trucks were moving from Dzhankoy district towards Simferopol along the highway.

The channel's subscribers also reported a hit on a military facility near the village of Naumivka, Saky district. But the information needed to be confirmed as of the morning. At the same time, electricity was cut off in the village of Mykhaylivka, Saky district, during the explosions.

Crimean Wind, referring to its own sources, mentioned that all 4 missiles had hit a ground facility near Yevpatoriya on an almost vertical trajectory, but this information also needed to be confirmed. The Telegram channel also wrote that, judging by the flashes, the missiles could have hit the facility near Yevpatoriya, and that Russian air defense failed to hit air targets. Instead, the Russian channels themselves pointed to the successful operation of air defense against the alleged ATACMS missiles.
