On June 19, Russian media reported that Putin continued to hold a dialogue with Kim Jong Un in person after almost an hour and a half of talks ended. They were supposed to discuss allegedly "the most important, most sensitive issues" in this format. Kim Jong Un pointed out that relations between Russia and the DPRK are "entering a period of new prosperity" and intends to strengthen strategic cooperation with Russia.
On Wednesday, an official ceremony of meeting the leaders was also held. A parade of the DPRK military marched in front of the dictators of the two countries, and thousands of people, including children, allegedly greeted the Kremlin's host with flags and balloons.
