Former Education Ombudsman of Ukraine Serhiy Gorbachev was outraged by the response of Ukrposhta to the loss of a parcel addressed to him.
He wrote about this on his Facebook page.
"They lost a parcel addressed to me, but their answer is the height of cynicism: "Until the moment of delivery, the parcel belongs to the sender." When asked to explain in human language what this means, the operator replies that I MYSELF (?) have to contact the seller so that he can resolve the issue. But why do I have to contact anyone else if the parcel was lost by Ukrposhta on the territory of Ukraine?", - said Gorbachev.
"Ukrposhta are skilled specialists in irresponsible manipulations," the former ombudsman concluded.
